Position: Senior Finance Executive
Location: Okhla Phase 1, Recent Delhi
Qualification: CA Inter (Mandatory)
Experience: 57 years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including customer invoicing, collections, receipt accounting, customer reconciliations, ageing analysis, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) by verifying vendor bills, ensuring proper supporting documents, obtaining bill approvals, and processing vendor payments.
Record accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books.
Prepare vendor and customer ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor balances, and customer ledgers.
Support month-end and year-end book closure activities.
Assist in GST, TDS,



statutory audits, and internal audits by providing the required data and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing, collections, and payment-related matters.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Billing, MIS, and General Accounting.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (preferred).
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, vendor accounting, and customer accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
