Position Purpose
Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market sourcing
Position Responsibilities
Identify and launch current LAGO branches in the designated cluster.
Managing teams of Gold Loan Officer (GLO) in the regions
Ensure sales productivity at GLO level.
Recruitment of GLOs wherever required.
Achieving sales targets both at branch & cluster level.
Ensure minimum productivity level at branch level.
Ensure threshold ROI / Fee at branch level.
Devise and implement various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in and around branches through sales and regional marketing teams.
Ensure in branch visibility for LAGO product using standard marketing collaterals.
