Objective:

To support the Facilities team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by assisting with facilities management, procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Support daily office facilities and maintenance activities.
Assist with procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and preparing procurement documentation.
Maintain inventory and asset records.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service requests.
Monitor office supplies and pantry stock.
Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and office events.
Maintain facilities-related documentation and filing.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Logistics, Facility Management, or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office.




Robust organizational and communication skills.

Duration:
Internship will be for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months

Work Timing:

9 am - 5.30pm
