The Delivery Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end customer engagements and delivery operations, ensuring projects and operational activities are executed efficiently, within timelines, and in alignment with quality standards. This role serves as a bridge between customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on execution excellence, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution
Support delivery activities across one or multiple customer accounts.
Track project timelines, deliverables, SLAs, productivity, and utilization metrics.
Highlight blockers on all stakeholders and close them within SLAs.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance updates.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Act as a coordination point between customers and internal teams.
Support customer meetings, escalations, and change requests.
Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Risk, Quality & Compliance
Identify operational risks and support mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and customer governance.
Maintain project documentation and SOPs.

Process Improvement




Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
Identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities.
Support organizational KPIs related to delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
0 to 2 years of experience in Delivery Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or related roles.
Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Good to Have
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud and development technologies.
