Experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD products) - Immunology
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting of immunology instruments and assays
Conduct data analysis and ensure accurate data validation
Apply immunology principles to improve assay performance
Ensure compliance with quality management systems
Drive customer engagement through training and technical support
Provide technical and scientific support for immunology-based applications and products
Support sales and business development teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions
Collaborate with RD teams for product evaluation and application development
Generate scientific reports, protocols, application notes, and technical documentation
Participate in conferences, workshops,
webinars, and customer meetings
Required Qualifications Skill Sets
4 8 years of relevant experience
Degree in Life Sciences / Immunology / Biotechnology
Experience with laboratory instruments and software related to immunology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot experiments independently
