Define, Design and Execute process modelling & simulation, as-is business process analysis, process governance & supply chain management and BPR.
Manage and execute various kind of E2E consulting engagements, large scale transformation and system implementation projects as process consultant
Lead the business / client requirements analysis, project and program management during enterprise wide transformation, includes doing as-is study, define to-be for processes, competitive analysis, market research, data Benchmarking and KPIs.
Manage and mentor team members
Drive additional business prospects for Adamas to grow the consulting practice
Help in the consulting offering development activities

Preferred skills and qualifications
All consultants must have Engineering and MBA/PGDM degree.
Experience in Supply chain areas Procurement, Sales & Operations planning, SC Strategy, Production efficiency improvement, Logistics (Distribution & Transportation), Inventory optimization, MRO. At least one MBA project is required in any of the above SC areas. Certification from APICS (CPIM, CSCP), American Society Transportation and Logistics and other related institutes is preferable.
Knowledge of process modeling tools like WebSphere Modeler,



MS Visio etc from Channel and Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
Analytics professionals who have experience in the Data exploratory analysis and data modeling, data transformation and statistical analysis, descriptive, predictive and prescriptive modeling, Optimization techniques, and visualization techniques, with expertise in tools like SPSS, SAS, R, Cognos, along with conducting client workshops.
Ability to multi-task and possess solid team/collaboration skills
Support the GoTo-Market, Sales and Consulting Opportunities.
Manage Customer relationship and Consulting engagements across locations & geographies.
Experience in BPM area - includes metrics and process definition, process designing, process modeling and simulation, as-is process analysis, process & program management and BPR.
Experience in relevant industry and/or consulting experience in Operations strategy, Supply Chain strategy, defining and improving Target Operational Models.

Relevant experience and salary:
Junior Consultant: Experience 3 to 5 years
Mid-Level Consultant: Experience 5 to 9 years
Senior Consultant: Experience 10 years and above
