We are hiring for a Ground Operations Executive role for our client, an airline / airport ground handling company.
Coordinate day-to-day ground operations including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
Ensure on-time flight departures through effective coordination with airline and airport teams
Handle passenger queries, special assistance requests, and irregular operations
Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations (DGCA/BCAS)
Liaise with airline crew, ATC, and ground handling staff for smooth turnarounds
Prepare and maintain operational documentation and flight reports
Respond promptly to operational disruptions and irregularities

Required Skills:
Valuable understanding of airport ground operations and airline procedures
Robust communication and customer service skills




Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends
Basic knowledge of DGCA/BCAS safety and security regulations
Robust problem-solving skills under time pressure
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor

Good to Have:
Prior experience in airline/airport ground handling
IATA/aviation certification
Multilingual communication skills
