We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Interior Fit-out / Corporate Interior / Architecture / Project Management Consultancy industry.
Location: Lucknow, Delhi-NCR
Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR
Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the same industry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with procurement and senior management for contractor selection and finalization.
Manage project teams, scheduling, and execution to meet project targets.
Conduct client meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting) records.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, weekly progress reports, and site updates.
Handle BOQ preparation, cost control, and project profitability tracking.
Ensure quality control, drawing coordination, and timely approvals from clients.
Manage variation items, snag lists, testing & commissioning, and project closure documentation.
