Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product, process, and sales training for the sales team.
Identify training needs and deliver capability-building programs.
Provide on-the-job coaching and field support to improve sales performance.
Maintain training reports, dashboards, and training calendars.
Extensive field travel across North India as per business requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2+ year of training experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Only candidates from the Life Insurance industry will be considered.
Robust experience in product, process, and sales training.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Comfortable with extensive field travel across North India.
Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Graduation is mandatory (MBA preferred).
