Key Responsibilities
Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and resolve system/process issues.
Support implementation, change requests, and production defect resolution
Work closely with operations and stakeholders to optimize processes and improve efficiency
Design and execute system configurations, data updates, and queries within RKS
Contribute to training development and knowledge sharing across teams




Track and ensure closure of audit findings and action items
Ensure system integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation of system configurations
Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills Experience
Strong understanding of RKS platform (WEB/AIS/Calc/Forms)
Experience in system configuration, testing, and debugging
Valuable knowledge of Cross Benefit domain
Advanced SQL knowledge
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
