Ensuring PPE compliance on shop floor as per requirements
Capturing near miss incidents and take necessary actions
Take corrective actions to eliminate accidents and minimize risks
Maintenance cost, Adherence to the planned budget
Analysis of shop wise monthly utility consumption (Air, Water, Gas)
Carry out planned maintenance
Improve employee morale, maintaining 5S and Process layout
Upgradation of employee skills & smooth functioning of day-to-day activities
Knowledge of all machine and maintainance documents
