Dispatcher- US Trucking Operations

Shift: Rotational (247 Operations, including Night Shifts)

We are a U.S.-focused trucking dispatch company providing 247 logistics support to trucking companies across the United States. We are looking for motivated professionals with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in the U.S. logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with U.S. drivers, carriers, and brokers for timely pickups and deliveries.
Book and negotiate freight loads using U.S. load boards.
Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Track shipments, update clients, and maintain dispatch records.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.




Undergraduates with excellent English communication may apply.
Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
Prior experience in BPO, customer support, logistics, or dispatch is preferred.
Experience in U.S. trucking dispatch and knowledge of U.S. geography and load boards will be an added advantage.
Strong multitasking, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
