As the business continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a smart and organized individual to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day business operations.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate with clients over calls, WhatsApp, and emails (Client Coordination)
Handle payment follow-ups and order status updates
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain business records
Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, and order processing activities
Work on MS Excel reports, trackers, and MIS sheets
Maintain day-to-day documentation and office operations
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Support backend business operations and process coordination activities
Assist the Director in daily business and commercial operations

We're Looking For Someone Who




Minimum 1 years of relevant experience - Mandatory
Has valuable communication skills
Is comfortable talking to clients and vendors
Has basic MS Excel and MS Word knowledge
Is organized and responsible at work
Is proactive and willing to learn
Can handle multiple tasks comfortably
Has experience in Tally or accounting activities (Preferred but not mandatory)
