Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing and screening IT professionals and should be comfortable working on multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for C2H IT positions.
Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer negotiations, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain regular updates in recruitment trackers and ATS.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
Maintain robust relationships with candidates and ensure smooth conversion from contract to permanent employment.
Achieve individual recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical roles such as:
Java / .NET
Python
DevOps / Cloud
Data Engineering / Data Science
QA / Automation Testing
SAP / ERP
Business Analyst / Project Manager
Other IT and niche technical positions
Experience in C2H / Contract Staffing recruitment will be preferred.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven setting.
Solid follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
