Tender Executive Roles & Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant government and private tenders from various portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare and submit tender documents within the prescribed deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, Operations, and Legal) to collect required documents and information.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.
Maintain records of EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other statutory documents.
Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and company policies.
Upload bids on e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and state government portals.
Track tender status, bid opening, technical evaluation, and financial evaluation.
Respond to tender-related queries, clarifications, and corrigenda issued by clients.
Prepare cost sheets and commercial quotations in coordination with management.
Maintain a database of submitted tenders,
awarded contracts, and upcoming prospects.
Coordinate with clients regarding tender-related communication and documentation.
Ensure timely renewal of digital signatures (DSC), registrations, and certifications required for tender participation.
Prepare reports on tender submissions, success rates, and pipeline status.
Support contract execution by handing over awarded projects to the operations team.
Required Skills
Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-Tendering portals.
Positive understanding of tender documentation and bidding processes.
Robust MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Time management and ability to work under strict deadlines.
Basic knowledge of commercial terms, GST, and statutory compliance.
