JBM Group is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our growing production line for lithium-ion battery & auto components manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for recent diploma graduates in engineering to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge and rapidly expanding industry. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to learn all aspects of the battery production process.

Job Description:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the lithium-ion battery production line & ensure production time meets cycle time and OEE targets.
Learn and understand the different stages of battery manufacturing, including cell assembly, module assembly, and pack assembly.
Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Identify and report any process deviations, equipment malfunctions,



or quality issues to the supervisor.
Participate in troubleshooting and basic maintenance activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and implementing Quality Improvement Projects.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work setting.
Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Production Engineer or Supervisor.

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Solid analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
