Role & responsibilities
Reviewing tender documents, qualification criteria, and preparing a presentation, risk matrix, and information to top management to get approval for bidding.
Coordinating with the internal departments for the preparation of submission documents, including creative material, financial records, presentations etc
Preparing technical and commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
Attend pre-bid meetings and make queries on behalf of the company
To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of the outgoing submission.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience of 5 years in the same field with advertising agencies/event management companies
Familiarity with the tendering process and a valuable knowledge of the field
Positive written and spoken English language skills, determination, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
Candidate should have adequate experience with the GeM and CPP portal
