Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, improving overall performance.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.




Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce operations management or a related field.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including their technical architecture and functionality.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and inspiring a team.
Familiarity with operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
