Technical Excellence
Proven experience in managing infrastructure advisory and consulting engagements across government and public sector projects. Robust capability in coordinating activities related to Ease of Doing Business, investment promotion, and export promotion initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in supporting MSME scheme management and related program execution requirements. Able to manage client interfaces effectively for project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. Skilled in applying structured consulting approaches to track progress, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution of engagements.
