Role & responsibilities
Develop seasonal and annual merchandising strategies.
Plan product assortment, pricing, and SKU mix.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
Work closely with Design, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams for collection development.
Manage inventory levels and demand planning.
Analyze sales performance and recommend reorders, markdowns, and product improvements.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards.
Prepare merchandising and sales performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 7 years of experience in Jewelry Merchandising.
Experience in Natural Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds, or Fine Jewelry is mandatory.
Robust understanding of assortment planning, buying, inventory management, and merchandising.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust vendor management and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Merchandising Software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
