Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Full-Time AI Content Specialist to revolutionize our visual presence. In this role, you will use cutting-edge generative AI tools to build high-converting visuals for both external marketing and in-app user interfaces. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in current AI models, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to seamlessly deliver stunning, platform-optimized assets.

Key Responsibilities

App UI Graphics: Design striking visual assets, onboarding screens, feature banners, placeholders, and illustrative elements directly for our mobile app user interfaces.

Social Graphics: Produce scroll-stopping static posts, carousels, and stories for major social platforms.

AI Reels & Video: Prompt text-to-video AI tools to generate high-engagement Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

Banner Ads: Build high-performing digital advertising banners tailored for web, app stores, and paid media.

Prompt Optimization: Develop and test accurate prompt strings to maintain exact brand colors, characters,



and styles across all platforms.

Continuous AI Research: Stay ahead of the curve by actively testing, adopting, and integrating current generative AI tools and workflows into our daily production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Employment Type: Full-Time.

AI Tool Expertise: Advanced, hands-on knowledge of current mandatory AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly).

Adaptability & Learning: A strong willingness and capability to constantly upgrade skills as new, next-generation AI technologies emerge.

UI/UX Graphic Awareness: Explicit understanding of aspect ratios, export formats, asset dimensions, and safe zones for iOS, Android, and web app layouts.

Hybrid Editing: Ability to clean up AI imperfections, fix distortions, and handle typography using traditional software like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

Asset Scaling: Experience upscaling low-res AI generations into crisp, high-definition production files.
