Roles and Responsibility
Deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, and course evaluations.
Coordinate training schedules based on requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to specific needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and support to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
A qualified/university degree is required.
