Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Full-Time (FTE) hiring, with the ability to manage multiple requirements across various IT skill sets.Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Work on IT requirements for both C2H and FTE positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and validate candidates based on technical and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and closure.
Maintain solid candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality delivery.




Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT recruitment (end-to-end hiring).
Hands-on experience in C2H and FTE hiring models.
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in domestic IT hiring.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
