Organize timely sourcing & procurement and transfer of materials to contract manufacturing organization (CMO)
Liaise with the Formulation team for timely Bill of Materials (BOM)
Drive the sample testing schedule with the Analytical team and present results for selection
Managing Third Party Manufacturing Operations starting from Price quotations to finalization of PO
Laisioning with Clients for dispatch schedules of products from plant including Finalization of art works ,follow up with purchase Department for printed packing and Raw Materials
Liasioning with Production team for tentative as well as confirmed production schedule.
Managing purchase of finished goods and costing of the products (as required).
Initiate vendor assurance, supply agreements, quality agreements with QA Department, and credit terms and conditions (as required)
Assist quality department in supplier audits,



investigation complaints, change control and GMP systems monitoring
Work closely with Project teams and maintain open and on-going communication with internal stakeholders regarding forward planning for production schedules, supplier, key negotiations and performance and lead times.
Assist quality dept. in supplier audits, investigation complaints, change control and GMP system monitoring

International travel to conduct audits, negotiations, etc. (as required).
