Job Overview:

We are looking for a Supervisor Quality Control to join our Quality team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out quality inspections, monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement activities to ensure products meet company quality standards.

Responsibilities:




Perform quality inspections during assembly and manufacturing processes.
Conduct line audits and report any quality deviations.
Carry out incoming inspection of raw materials and components.
Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.
Monitor process quality parameters and support quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in quality activities such as CPK monitoring, MRB, FMEA, and MSA.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. (Science)
Experience: 02 years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing (Freshers may also apply).
