Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring cycle.
Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding activities and ensure smooth completion of joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Should have huge track record for In-house recruitment/ Bulk Hiring

Skills & Requirements
Female candidates only.
2 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.




Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
