We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Design Systems, and AI-powered products. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to final UI.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Design intuitive AI-powered and conversational user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
Build and maintain scalable design systems.
Create responsive designs for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.




Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
