Manage end-to-end construction activities from excavation/foundation to finishing
and final handover
Prepare and monitor construction schedules, project milestones and execution plans.
Possess detailed technical knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, faade, MEP coordination and finishing works.
Read and thoroughly understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify execution or coordination issues before work begins.
Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other site teams.
Monitor BOQ, quantities, measurements, billing and contractor work certification.
Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship at every stage.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors and contractors. Role & responsibilities
