We are hiring for an Aviation Safety Officer role for our client, an airline / aviation safety compliance company.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce compliance with DGCA/BCAS safety regulations across operations
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Investigate safety incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions
Maintain the organisation's Safety Management System (SMS) documentation
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for ground/cabin staff
Prepare safety compliance reports for regulatory submissions

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of DGCA/BCAS aviation safety regulations
Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Solid analytical and investigative skills
Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
Ability to conduct training and drive a safety-first culture

Good to Have:
Aviation safety certification (SMS/DGCA)
Prior experience in airline/airport safety roles
Exposure to regulatory audits
