We are inviting applications from qualified lawyers with 610 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling complex real estate and financing transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the following documents:
Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
Collaboration Agreements
Facility and Loan Documentation
Security Documents
Debenture Trust Deeds (DTDs)

The role requires hands-on experience in financing transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, risk assessment, and deal execution. The candidate should possess a solid commercial mindset and exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise transaction documents related to real estate and financing.




Conduct legal due diligence and identify transaction-related legal risks.
Advise on transaction structuring and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, financial institutions, and lenders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Support timely closure of transactions while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
Provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial and financing matters.

The successful candidate should demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the capability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment while delivering commercially sound legal solutions.
