Experience - 4+ years

Skillset - ZIA, ZPA, Wireshark ,IPSEC, GRE, troubleshooting.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
4+ years experience for this role in similar positions.
Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role.
Experience deploying, maintaining, or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise settings is key.
Experience with Zscaler solutions ZIA, ZPA
Working knowledge of networking and security products from various vendors and enterprise network infrastructure
Ability to navigate technical and architectural discussions with customers, partners including audience from business and technical fraternity.




Excellent communication and follow-up skills across internal and external organizations.
Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory.
Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and other leading cloud platforms.
Good knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
Positive knowledge on HTTP, HTTPS, SSL Inspection, DNS.
Experience with Proxy and SSL.
Good knowledge of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols.
Hands-on knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR.
