Establish business relationship with all the key retail chains

Develop excellent working relationship with key retail chain managers

Aligning the internal processes and systems to meet the needs of modern trade

Identifying the trends in modern retailing and take suitable actions to keep ahead of competition

Ensure Uninterrupted availability and visibility of entire product range in all chains

Developing packaging formats to meet requirements of up-to-date trade

Executing in-store promotions in retail outlets
