What Youll Own
Audit the existing site within the first 30 days and deliver a prioritized action plan with quick wins and long-term plays
Identify and fix technical SEO issues that are actively suppressing rankings crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, indexation problems, site architecture
Build and execute a keyword strategy targeting high-intent, high-volume terms that drive qualified traffic, not just vanity numbers
Lead content strategy brief writers, optimize existing pages, and identify gaps that competitors are winning
Build high-quality backlinks through digital PR, outreach, and partnership strategies
Own the reporting traffic, rankings, conversions and tie SEO outcomes directly to revenue
Work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams to push implementations rapid




Stay ahead of algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategy before rankings dip
