Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SCCM Engineers to manage, support, and optimize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) settings. The role involves patch management, software deployment, device compliance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth endpoint management across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities L2 SCCM Support
Provide L2 support for SCCM infrastructure and endpoints
Troubleshoot client, server, and deployment issues
Manage software deployment, patching, and updates via SCCM
Monitor SCCM health, collections, and reporting
Handle incidents and service requests
Escalate complex issues to L3

L3 SCCM Support
Act as L3 escalation point for SCCM-related issues
Design, implement, and optimize SCCM architecture
Manage upgrades, site maintenance, and role configuration
Perform compliance checks, automation, and reporting
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and define best practices
Coordinate with Windows, application,



and security teams

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with SCCM (Current Branch / ConfigMgr)
Patch management, software deployment, and OS imaging
Knowledge of Windows endpoints, AD, GPOs, and ITIL processes
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with reporting, collections, and compliance management

Positive to Have
PowerShell scripting for automation
Exposure to Endpoint Manager / Intune
Experience with patching tools and third-party software deployment
Cloud-based endpoint management exposure (Azure / Hybrid)

Education
Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
