Admission Counsellor
About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through their academic journey. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, driving admissions while delivering an outstanding counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/parents on courses, admissions, and career paths
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
Explain fees, eligibility, scholarships, and admission process
Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status
Handle objections and close admissions effectively
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Customer-centric, positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Target-driven mindset with robust follow-up discipline




Good time-management and problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidate Profile
Background in education/EdTech sector preferred
Confident, articulate communicator
Self-motivated with a passion for student mentorship
Comfortable handling high call/lead volumes via CRM
