Role & responsibilities
Physical Verification: Conduct cycle counts, random spot checks, and annual/periodic physical inventories of all stock items.
Reconciliation & Variance Analysis: Reconcile physical counts with system balances (SAP, Tally, or ERP). Investigate root causes for any shortages, overages, or damages.
Process Evaluation: Assess the adequacy of current inventory control procedures and recommend improvements to prevent pilferage and waste.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive, data-driven audit reports detailing stock discrepancies, aging/obsolete items, and actionable insights for management.
Compliance: Ensure all stock movements, receipts, and dispatch processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be Graduate
Should have stock audit experince in Retail Stores.
Should be open to travel.
