Positive knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Canva

Job responsibilities-

Need to handle hire to retire process including talent acquisition (no self sourcing, sourcing through empaneled vendors)

Talent Management & Talent development

Employee Engagement & communication

Drive HiPo identification program

Strengthen performance potential linkage (9-box model)

HR operation etc

(TA & HR operation - 60%

Talent Management & employee engagement- 40%)

Delhi/ NCR based candidates would be preferred more
