Add recent business to achieve sales targets.

Add new customer

Analysis of customer research, current marketing conditions & competitor information.

Maintain existing customer base & relationship.

Develop & implement Sales plans & projects for new & existing products.

Business development with market research

Prepare Sales presentations & reports.

Develop pricing strategy, Costing & negotiations with customer for new business RFQ.

Monitor, review & report on all Sales activity & results.

Determine & manage Sales budget.

Identifying target markets & developing strategies to communicate with them.

Establishes Sales goals to ensure market share & profitability of the products.

Qualifications

Engineering degree (BE) in Mechanical / Business/marketing-related degree or equivalent qualified qualification

Develop & executes monthly & annual sales budget.

Analytical, data driven approach

Report on return on investment & key performance metrics.

Experience

Handling customer online modules for RFQ, submission of quotes, getting RFQ/SOR details.

Excellent presentation skills

Data analysis & management

More than 10 years of background in marketing/Sales from the automobile industry

Monitor all pricing related amendments through customer SRM

Exploring ways of improving existing products & services, & increasing profitability.

Strong Presentation skills Solid project management

Desired Experience: Program management Knowledge of PMS tool

Working with executive team to set the Sales strategy for the business growth.
