Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a robust Telecom background to lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom applications and managed services. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale telecom projects using Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL best practices, and AI-driven delivery initiatives. The role requires solid stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom applications and managed services.
Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban, ensuring effective sprint planning, release management, and delivery governance.
Identify and implement AI and Generative AI prospects to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
Monitor and achieve SLA,



KPI, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution.
Build strong relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Lead delivery reviews, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
Mentor delivery teams and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
