Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in the United States market
Solid background working with Direct Clients, Government/Federal Clients
Proven expertise with VMS & MSP models
Excellent understanding of US Visas, Tax structures, and Provincial regulations
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical roles.
