Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for lending and banking applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, business processes, and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend operational improvements.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and banking standards.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings.





Mandatory Skills Description:

• MBA from a recognised institute.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Robust experience in Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, and Retail/Commercial Banking processes.
• Hands-on experience working with leading banks or similar global banking institutions.
• Expertise in gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, underwriting, credit assessment, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, testing teams, and senior management.
• Proficient in data analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
