Job Title: Polarion Migration Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

Polarion expert with solid understanding of data model and lift-and-shift migration, responsible for migrating Polarion settings with minimal changes.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute lift-and-shift migration of Polarion (application, SVN repository, configurations)
Handle and migrate Polarion PostgreSQL database (backup, restore, validation)
Perform setting setup (DEV/QA/PROD) on target infrastructure
Ensure data integrity, traceability, and system validation post-migration
Support cutover planning, synchronization, and rollback
Troubleshoot issues related to DB, repository, and indexing

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Siemens Polarion ALM
Deep knowledge of Polarion data model, SVN, and PostgreSQL DB
Hands-on experience in performing migrations (datacenter/cloud)
Expertise in Postgres backup/restore, tuning, and validation
Knowledge of Linux, Tomcat, Java stack
