1015 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and/ or Hospitality




Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management.
MBA/PGDM (preferred).
Drive timely completion of projects from construction to handover.
Develop integrated project execution plans.
Monitor milestone-based delivery.
Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and customer teams.
Develop a “Zero Defect Delivery” culture.
