Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across MT, E-Commerce, HORECA, Marketing, and other business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and drive timely closures.
Source and identify quality talent through various recruitment channels and platforms.
Manage recruitment workflows using ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Drive recruitment metrics, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to business hiring.
Robust experience in hiring for Modern Trade, E-Commerce, HORECA, Marketing, and Sales functions.
Hands-on experience with ATS, Recruitment Platforms, and HRIS systems.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a quick-paced environment.
Post Graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM)
