Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
Identify and analyze industry and geographic trends, competitor market strategies, and customer trends.
Collaborate with other areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
Develop and implement relevant solutions based on best practices and continuous improvement.
Lead a team of junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis or a related field.
Solid knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.
A formal team leader role is expected for this position.
