Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Reconciliation Specialist to support the financial operations of KVAs U.S. businesses. This role focuses on banking, reconciliations, financial reporting, expense verification, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliations
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Prepare reconciliation reports
Monitor outstanding items

Credit Card Reconciliations
Match transactions with receipts
Verify business expenses
Identify unauthorized transactions
Follow up on missing documentation

Financial Reporting
Prepare weekly cash reports
Monitor cash balances
Prepare monthly financial summaries
Assist with variance analysis
Maintain reconciliation schedules

Accounts Support
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliations
Verify expense coding
Review supporting documentation
Monitor outstanding balances

Audit Support
Prepare audit schedules
Organize financial records
Respond to CPA documentation requests
Maintain supporting files





Property & Business Support
Monitor management company financial reports
Review owner distributions
Verify reserve funding
Support budget tracking

Continuous Improvement
Recommend process improvements
Assist with financial automation initiatives
Maintain financial documentation standards

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3to 6 years of accounting or reconciliation experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Skills
US accounting support experience
ERP or accounting software experience
Hospitality or multi-location business experience
CPA firm experience is an advantage
