Role & responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and approve detailed MEP drawings, schematics, and layouts (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Low Voltage/ELV systems) ensuring seamless alignment with architectural and Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs).
Conduct thorough technical vetting of engineering layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), heat load calculations.
Identify design discrepancies, space constraints, or services clashes early in the pre-construction phase and execute prompt resolutions.
Provide strategic leadership to site execution teams, MEP engineers, and site supervisors, ensuring work complies strictly with approved shop drawings and quality manuals.
Formulate comprehensive project master schedules for all MEP milestones and track site progress rigorously against timelines.
Enforce structural safety codes, international engineering best practices, and stringent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) benchmarks across all live project sites.
Oversee the performance of MEP contractors, specialized sub-vendors, and equipment suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and contract compliance.




Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising structural performance, design integrity, or material quality.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and project management consultants (PMCs) regarding technical MEP updates, milestone progress, and engineering approvals.
Oversee the preparation, technical verification, and submission of intermediate progress invoices, contract variations, and the final Full & Final billing closures for MEP works

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
A minimum of 5 to 15 years of progressive engineering and leadership experience, with a proven track record of handling high-end corporate interiors, commercial complexes, or premium fit-out projects.
Robust hands-on familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or advanced MEP design coordination interfaces.
