Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across business functions.
Drive leadership hiring for mid to senior-level roles, including functional heads, managers, and leadership positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of leadership talent for current and future hiring needs.
Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership competencies.
Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards and ATS data.
Stay updated on market trends, talent mapping, competitor hiring, and salary benchmarks.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
