Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Floor Coating product portfolio.
Develop business prospects in industrial, commercial, institutional, pharmaceutical, FMCG, warehousing, automotive, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.
Generate specifications with architects, consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), civil engineers, and key influencers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, applicators, industrial customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and institutional clients.
Identify and track upcoming projects to build a robust sales pipeline and maximize business opportunities.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to promote epoxy, polyurethane (PU), ESD, and specialty floor coating solutions.
Work closely with the Technical Services team to conduct site inspections, product trials, and ensure successful project execution.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor,



and applicator networks to increase market penetration.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders while maintaining profitability.
Ensure timely order execution by coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Technical teams.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide regular market intelligence.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and channel partners.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales forecasts, project pipeline, and MIS/CRM reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop business and strengthen customer relationships.
