Job Title : Senior Finance Advisor / Virtual CFO Consultant (Retired Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Retired Chartered Accountant (CA) with a robust MNC background to serve as a Virtual CFO Consultant . The ideal candidate should be based in Bangalore and possess extensive experience in financial leadership, governance, compliance, and mentoring finance teams. This is a strategic advisory role requiring periodic visits to the companys Bangalore office to guide and support the internal finance team.

Mandatory Requirements
Retired Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Must be currently residing in Bangalore
Minimum 20+ years of experience in Finance Accounts
Prior experience working with reputed Multinational Companies (MNCs) is mandatory
Experience in CFO, Finance Controller, Head of Finance , or similar leadership roles preferred
Robust expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Virtual CFO and provide strategic financial guidance to the management.




Monitor, review, and mentor the internal CA and Finance team.
Visit the Bangalore office once every 7 10 days to review financial operations, resolve key finance and compliance matters, and guide the team.
Review financial statements, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and ensure statutory, taxation, and audit compliance.
Advise management on financial planning, internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA)
Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to mentor senior finance specialists
